Can I track my order?

 

  Yes, you can. Once we've processed your order we'll email you your tracking number.

 

I have placed my order however I haven’t received an order confirmation?

 

Please check your junk/spam folder and ensure you have entered a valid email address. Let us know right away on admin@hollidayskin.com if you believe you have entered any incorrect details.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

 

Depending on where you live, our shipping estimates below will give you an idea of when you should expect your Holliday Skin delivery.

Australian Domestic: Standard shopping is applied automatically at check-out which takes approximately 2-5 business days. However, you can elect to pay for the additional express shipping which usually takes 1-3 business days.

New Zealand: Typically 6-10 business days with standard shipping. However, if you elect to pay for express shipping your order will usually arrive within 3-6 business days.

International: Typically 6-12 business days with standard shipping. However, if you elect to pay for express shipping your order will usually arrive within 4-7 business days.

 

Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?

 

If you want to change your order please email our customer experience squad at admin@hollidayskin.com with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help, however, our warehouse may have already sent it out.

Unfortunately once the order has been shipped, it's yours. However, please check our returns and refunds policy for more details.

 

What about refunds and returns?

What happens if I do not collect my parcel?

 

If you miss your parcel and it is not collected from your local post office within 14 days, it will be sent back to our warehouse. If you would like to have it re-shipped, there will be a re-shipping fee of $10 AUD. If you would like a refund instead, we will refund you the amount of your order minus $20 for the processing & return shipping costs. We are not held liable for parcels that have failed to be collected.

 

What happens if I enter an incorrect/incomplete address at the checkout?

 

If your parcel is undeliverable due to an incomplete or incorrect address, it will be sent back to our warehouse. If you wish to have it re-shipped, there will be a re-shipping fee of $10 AUD. If you wish to be refunded, we will refund you the amount of your purchase minus $20 for the shipping fee’s to and from your entered address. We are not held liable if you enter an incomplete or incorrect address.

Where do I enter my discount code?

 

At the final stage of the checkout, you will see an option to enter your discount code, simply enter it, and click apply.

 

Does Holliday Skin Wholesale to stores?

 

If you wish to stock our Holliday Skin products we do offer wholesale. Please email admin@hollidayskin.com and a member of our wholesale team will get back to you asap!

 

Will I have to pay additional duties, VAT or other charges?

 

Some countries (such as those located in the United Kingdom or the European Union) charge duties or Value Added Tax when goods are imported. Holliday Skin has no control over this and is not responsible for any of these charges. These charges are imposed by and controlled by local governments, border security and/or customs authorities and can be added randomly.

 

It is your responsibility to pay any duties, Value Added Tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts then your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is still in its original condition, Holliday Skin will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country).

Is Holliday Skin Australian?

 

Yes! We are based on the Gold Coast, Australia. All of our products are made here in Australia too, with 100% local ingredients.

 

How often do I use Holliday Skin products?

 

Our Pink Clay Cleansing Wash can be used daily and we recommend using the Smoothing Body Scrubs every 2-3 days.

 

What is the shelf life of your products?

 

All of our products have a shelf life of 24 months. Please store your products in a cool dry place.

Am I still able to use this product as my skin gets irritated easily?

 

All of our products are 100% natural and contain no nasty ingredients. Firstly, we suggest a patch test with our products on your skin, either inside of your elbow or behind your ear.

If you have any concerns, we suggest consulting your GP.

 

Are all the ingredients in Holliday Skin vegan friendly?

 

We love our furry friends and do not test our products on animals, and best of all, our products are vegan friendly too.

I'm pregnant - can I use Holliday Skin?

 

Congratulations, we wish you all the best with your pregnancy. Our products are generally safe and friendly for pregnancy. If you have any concerns, we recommend consulting your GP prior to use.

I have eczema/rosacea - Are Holliday Skin products suitable for me?

 

Everyone is different and everyone’s skin reacts differently to certain skincare products. Therefore, we recommend consulting your GP with any concerns prior to using the product. It is also good to know that our products do not contain any ingredients that are known to trigger eczema or rosacea.
